~ Clearly Muddled Blog ~
Josh knows how he feels at any given time. He’s keenly aware of his body’s reaction to stress, and can explain the difference in anxiety, depression, and the current experience of gray. Things are not his preferred black and white these days. That is a problem in the world of Josh…it makes it much more difficult for him to navigate.
Josh’s nana tells him that it’s completely normal to be uncomfortable when heading into the unknown. Right now, our unknown is Virginia. Will we move there, if so when, and where will we live, will Josh find his gaming tribe there, will he go to college, work in a library, start driving again? Will he be happy?
Now I’m stressed!
Through all of this, Josh seems to need a lot more sleep. He says he’s not depressed or sad, he’s just needing more recharging time that usual. Physically he’s feeling the impact of this upheaval…he’s got a backache, he’s knees hurt, his hip hurts, and he’s had a headache. I took the old man to the doctor and he started singing “put the lime in the coconut and shake it all up”. He’s fine.
Fine rhymes with wine! Thank you, I think I will.
